At Your Brand Name, we want you to love your furniture as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In original condition – unused, unassembled, and free of scratches or damage
  • In original packaging with all tags, hardware, and documentation attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and logistical reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance, final sale, or "as-is" items
  • Bedding, mattresses, or upholstered items without protective packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer assembly or misuse

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@email.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
  3. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If you changed your mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

If item arrived damaged or defective: We will cover all return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you

🚫 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

🔁 Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

❓ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 5-10 business days:
