How we use information

• Create and secure accounts; provide quotes; process, manufacture, deliver, install and support orders.
• Verify payments, issue invoices, prevent fraud, keep records and meet tax or legal obligations.
• Send service messages and, only where permitted, marketing or abandoned-checkout reminders. Optional consent can be withdrawn.

Service providers and sharing

We share only what is reasonably necessary with payment, messaging, hosting, delivery, installation, accounting and professional providers. Razorpay processes payment details; WOODFURN does not store full card credentials. MSG91 may process OTP and opted-in WhatsApp/SMS messages. We do not sell personal information.

• Providers may process information from locations permitted under applicable law and contractual safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, warranty and support, disputes, security, and legal or tax records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or update information, withdraw optional consent, request deletion where retention is not legally required, or raise a grievance. We may verify identity first. Required legal or unresolved transaction records may be retained.

Children

The store is intended for adults capable of entering a contract. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children for independent purchases.
