Serviceability and charges

Delivery availability is checked using the pincode. Applicable charges and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before payment. Some locations or products may require separate confirmation.

Delivery estimates

Displayed dates are estimates, not guaranteed appointments. Made-to-order furniture requires production time. Weather, road restrictions, strikes, supply interruptions and events outside reasonable control may cause delay; we will communicate material changes.

Site readiness

• Provide an accurate address, reachable phone number and safe access for the delivery vehicle and team.
• Confirm doorway, staircase, lift and room dimensions before ordering. Extra handling, stair carry, re-delivery or special equipment may carry a disclosed charge.
• Ensure the installation area is clear, dry and safe. Delivery may be rescheduled if access or site conditions are unsafe.

Receiving the order

An adult must be available to receive the product. Inspect packages and products with the delivery team, note visible damage, and retain delivery records. Risk passes after delivery is completed, without affecting rights for a defect or damage that existed at delivery.
