Store and eligibility

This store is operated by THE WOODFURN COMPANIES under the WOODFURN name. By ordering, you confirm the supplied information is accurate and you are legally capable of entering the purchase contract.

Products, pricing and orders

• Dimensions, materials, finishes and inclusions are described on the product page. Natural grain, fabric batches, screen colour and handcrafted finishes can vary reasonably from photographs.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where stated. Delivery, special handling and applicable charges are disclosed before payment.
• Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted after payment verification and WOODFURN confirmation. An obvious catalogue or pricing error may be corrected before acceptance, with cancellation and refund offered if you reject the correction.

Payment

Checkout may require full payment or the displayed advance. Where advance is offered, the displayed balance is payable before delivery after quality-control approval. Payments remain subject to verification.

Made-to-order products

Production uses the confirmed size, material, colour and design. Review details before payment. Changes after production begins may be refused or priced separately. Cancellation and returns follow the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Warranty

WOODFURN-manufactured furniture is covered for 3 years from delivery against manufacturing defects in structural frame and workmanship, unless a product page states otherwise. After inspection, the remedy may be repair, affected-part replacement, or product replacement.

• Excluded: normal wear, natural variation, accidental damage, misuse, improper movement/storage, moisture, infestation, unauthorised repair or alteration, and normal ageing of fabric, leather, foam, polish or finish.
• Accessories and third-party products carry the warranty stated on their page or supplied by their manufacturer.
• Keep the invoice and contact WOODFURN with photos and a description. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, copy protected content commercially, or use false identity, payment or delivery information.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, WOODFURN is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Indian law applies; Bengaluru courts have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum or right under applicable law.
